We loved having Sarah round to cook for my Mum’s 75th. She created a beautifully seasonal menu and cooked it perfectly. Andrea and the team brought a tantalising element to our World Philosophy Day event with their superb cocktails. Andrea worked with us to create 3 cocktails that reflected the theme of each session and the life, times and nationality of the philosophers being showcased. Who knew that new existentialism could taste so good! The servers were sociable, charming and well informed about the heady ingredients of each refreshment. Our audience was delighted and cant wait to try to replicate them at home.
