I had the BEST birthday dinner party thanks to Jacob. Absolutely exceptional food - one of the best meals we've EVER had. Our guests were totally wowed. My mouth is watering just thinking about it writing this! The surf and turf was incredible. Jacob was so friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home - just the right amount of presence so we didn't feel like there was a stranger at the party! He fitted in so well and it all went seamlessly with everything tidied and cleaned up at the end as if no one had been in the kitchen! I'd HIGHLY recommend and can't wait to invite Jacob to our next special occasion 😁.

Jacob served up cananpes for 30 for a drinks party. The canapes were truly delicious and he was professional friendly and fun (he is dog friendly too). He arrived 1.5hr before the guests having already prepared the food. He finished it off, plated up and cleared up before leaving. Everyone thought the food was amazing. Jacob was quick to respond to questions, incredibly helpful and was a delight to work with and have in the house. Would highly recommend and would definitely book him again.

Jacob catered for my cousins hen do. His food and service was wonderful. There was lots of choice for the menu so we could make it tailored to our needs. Jacob was really great with catering for dietary requirements, especially around one of the guests being coeliac. I would definitely recommend Jacob if you are having a private party and need a chef.
Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. All of our HOMEtainers are experts in their field and are handpicked by the HOMETAINMENT team. Many of our bartenders and mixologists have worked in the world wide most prestigious restaurants, bars and hotels so you can guarantee the very best experience for your event and guests.
Every experience is different and therefore the minimum and maximum number of people for each one varies. Some experiences are for more intimate settings and therefore may not be suitable for more than ten people, whereas others can be carried out on a larger scale. We recommend speaking to the HOMETAINMENT team or the HOMEtainer directly if your guests are outside the experience's stated requirements.
Of course, we have so many office experiences that don’t involve drinking. From wellbeing activities to arts and crafts workshops, there are plenty of experiences for the workplace that are alcohol-free.
Every experience varies in length, with breathwork and yoga sessions lasting upwards of 45 mins and masterclasses a couple of hours. When you click through on an individual experience you will be able to see the estimated session time.
For an additional cost, your HOMEtainer can provide the glasses and glassware needed for your event. This can be added to your booking within the ‘Add-Ons’ section along with other additions such as Ice and Transport outside of London.

Yes, the majority of our chefs will be able to adapt their menus to cater for those with any allergies or dietary requirements. We recommend speaking to the HOMEtainer directly to ensure they can meet these requirements before booking. We also offer many vegan and vegetarian experiences!
