Thanks to brilliant Jacob! Very organised, efficient and charming, Jacob delivered a delicious meal. Would definitely hire him again.

We had Chef Chad to do the food at my wife’s Mexican themed get together as the initial restrictions ended. We did it sharing/buffet style to suit the informal nature of the event. The booking was super easy and Chad got back to me immediately to discuss the menu and what I was looking for. All sorted out very quickly. Chad was an absolute delight to have in the kitchen and the food….WOW…..our guests could not of been happier. My personal favourite was the Beef Barbacoa a slow cooked brisket cooked in beef stock, ancho, pasilla, jalapeño, salsa verde, adobo, onions and garlic. The Chicken cooked with tequila and baked black beans were also getting rave reviews but in truth it was all delicious. It was made all the more interesting as Chad gathered the group together to explain every dish, not just the dish but how it was created. A special day. Thanks Chad!

Jacob cooked a wonderful summermenue for my birthday party ! Everybody liked it. He made provisions for an allergic guest and was always very accommodating and very relaxed . He has a really nice personality and it was a pleasure to have him for this special event . Fab!

It was last lovely work shop and had an amazing experience. Teacher was very kind, supportive with positive energy. Highly recommended!

It was the first party that I've hosted where I was absolutely stressed-free and relaxed as Chef Jacob took over the kitchen and too care of everything. His food was divine and my guests were raving about it till the next day. Will definitely use his culinary services again!

Jacob cooked for us and a group of friends for my husband’s birthday. It was excellent! Not only was the good delicious (and the kitchen left spotless) but Jacob was very friendly too. He was happy to have our 3 young children watch him prepare the food and answered their endless questions. It was a wonderful evening thanks to Jacob!

Mack brought a soulful, jazzy vibe to our event that took it to a whole new level. From the moment he started playing, it was like the room came alive with his melodies. His saxophone skills were off the charts, and his energy was infectious.

The first time was during a particularly difficult period when our full-time chef experienced a family bereavement, Stefano stepped in at the last minute and quite literally saved Christmas! From the moment he arrived, his calm and positive attitude put everyone at ease. He communicates clearly and professionally, works seamlessly with our team, and, needless to say, cooks absolutely incredible food. Stefano is highly creative with his menus and always finds ways to make each dish both delicious and visually stunning. His attention to detail is evident in every plate. Everything he serves is beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Since that first experience, we’ve had him back for various dinners and events, often at short notice, which has never phased him. Nothing ever seems too big of a task, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Stefano is reliable, talented, and a true pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a chef who combines exceptional skill, creativity, and professionalism with a genuinely great attitude.

Just used Hometainment to book a photographer and bartender for our anniversary party. Service was brilliant, found amazing professionals with less than a weeks notice. Easy to deal with, all on point! I’ll definitely be using hometainment for all future events

Hometainment has become my go-to for private events, small and large! Chef Greg was on time to both events, and his salads were delicious. Definitely recommend for a fuss free breakfast or lunch set up.
