She helped me plan the menu - for canapes, mains and dessert - and arrived on the day of the dinner in advance amd fully prepared. À super experienced chef, Justin prepared a really original menu for us, with all dishes exquisite. He was flexible when it came to designing the menu, gave us a really interesting talk on foraging in the UK country side and designing his very own perfect knife.
