I chose Sarah Nagli to cook for us for my sister’s 60th birthday we chose canapés and a late lunch for 8 people. Sarah was really delightful to deal with during the run up to the date and on the day. The food was absolutely delicious and well presented - the attention to detail was excellent. Everything was also nice and tidy in the kitchen when she left, which was a real bonus, when you are entertaining. This was a special celebration and all my family were thrilled with the experience. Phenomenal every course! Charles created a stunning fish & seafood focused menu for my summer birthday party, and I was absolutely blown away. A particular highlight was the XL Scallop with caviar starter, but every course had rave reviews from my guests. Presentation was absolutely perfect too.

The Oyster Society absolutely made our anniversary party. All our guests raved about the quality and the presentation. Mack was BRILLIANT and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again. I highly recommend him. He was very responsive and communicative to deal with from the minute we booked. He was punctual and reliable. He played amazing music, which really added to the party atmosphere at our house. He's also a really friendly, lovely guy and all the guests loved him. We will definitely be booking him again.
