Fergus was great! I booked a 6 course dinner for 6 guests with Fergus and could not have been more pleased! Communication was great from the start and he was so helpful in accommodating everyone’s dietary restrictions. The food was delicious, presentation was perfect and service was excellent all around- everyone truly enjoyed it. It was a lovely experience! I would highly recommend choosing Fergus for any event.

Lobster rolls for the win! Absolutely stellar evening. Charles crafted the perfect night for a fun birthday dinner with mates. Easy to deal with in the build up, Charles was more than happy to tweak the menu to cater for all tastes. On the night Charles and team were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and the lobster rolls stole the show. Spot on!

Where do I begin the praises for Omar? I came to him asking if he could incorporate my Lithuanian and my partner's Welsh heritage into the wedding dinner. Omar came back to me shortly after doing lengthy research and making the best, one of a kind, incredible menu for us. On the day the team was so lovely, meal was incredible, we cannot stop talking how amazing it was. I cannot recommend Omar enough, he is such talented chef with true passion for food!

It was lovely to have Sarah cook in our kitchen. She is professional and super friendly. We had a special challenge for her with a coeliac, a lactose intolerant as well as a guest with allergies - Sarah was flexible and inventive in exploring ways to make sure everyone had a wonderful meal and welcomed the extra challenge. The food was simply beautiful!

Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. Andrea and his team helped us create an amazing event, and our whole team were delighted with the drinks and the amazing services they provided. We had the best evening when Jacob came to cook for us! Food was epic and it felt like a very special event. Highly recommend - in particular the French toast for dessert was very tasty and memorable!
