Phenomenal every course! Charles created a stunning fish & seafood focused menu for my summer birthday party, and I was absolutely blown away. A particular highlight was the XL Scallop with caviar starter, but every course had rave reviews from my guests. Presentation was absolutely perfect too.

From the first interaction to the last engaging with Jessie was a pleasurable experience. What impressed me the most was how personable Jessie is also her process of customising the menu to our liking. The food was delicious (and educational ;-)), my guests and I loved how well the CBD oils were paired with the courses. I highly recommend Jessie and would definitely hire her again.

Jacob served up cananpes for 30 for a drinks party. The canapes were truly delicious and he was professional friendly and fun (he is dog friendly too). He arrived 1.5hr before the guests having already prepared the food. He finished it off, plated up and cleared up before leaving. Everyone thought the food was amazing. Jacob was quick to respond to questions, incredibly helpful and was a delight to work with and have in the house. Would highly recommend and would definitely book him again.

Fantastic evening Thanks so much to Layla for a fabulous meal and for allowing us to have a relaxed time and be together without having to lift a finger! Chef Michael and his wife did an outstanding job in providing the exquisite food for our wedding reception. The menu selection, preparation and presentation were all conducted to perfection. He certainly brought Michelin standards right into our home and our guests really appreciated it. We will certainly recommend Chef Michael's services to others and use his again, as and when the occasion arises.
