Our private chef experience with HOMETAINTMENT was truly extraordinary. The entire journey, from beginning to end, was flawless and filled with memorable moments. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to HOMETAINTMENT for creating such a wonderful evening for us.

Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. I could not recommend her more!

So you want to host a chef-catered dinner party in London. I did, for my 50th birthday, and it came off absolutely brilliantly thanks to Chef Charlotte. Here's some advice: 1. Obviously, rent the AirBNB/event space with the largest dining area. This will likely not be big enough, however, and you probably won't have enough place settings, silverware, wineglasses, etc. We only realized this in a call with Chef Charlotte, who recommended an event hire company from whom we rented an extra table, linens, wine glasses, etc. 2. Tell the AirBNB owner what you're doing before you reserve: I didn't really, and for the week leading up to the event was pretty stressed out that the owner would object or worse, send over the police! 3. Use HOMETAINMENT. Antoine Melon, the founder, is dedicated to making your event a success and will likely reach out to you personally--exactly the touch that will make the difference. Thanks Antoine! 4. You will probably end up working with the first chef who responds to your inquiry--in our case, fortuitously, Chef Charlotte. And you'll probably be fine with any of the HOMETAINMENT Chefs they're all professionals, after all. However, I would recommend that you at least wait to hear from Chef Charlotte, who I would wholeheartedly recommend. 5. Keep things (relatively) simple. While I'm sure she can cook anything, Chef Charlotte recommends a menu that she has likely cooked a hundred times and can probably do in her sleep. She adapted it to accommodate our dietary needs (some vegans, garlic intolerance) and added a personal favorite of mine, a cold spring veggie soup which was amazing. 6. An assistant chef/server is important, and I'd make sure that your chef will have one (Charlotte will). 7. And ultimately, relax and have a great time! Chef Charlotte is a total professional, great to work with, and most of all, cooked us an unforgettable meal: Passed canapés: Roasted aubergine with tomato and black olive tapenade Salmon gravlax, toasted rye, mustard and dill sauce Dorset crab tartlets First course: Spring vegetable soup, gremolata Second course: Ravioli of new season English green and white asparagus Main course: Herb crusted rack of Cotswold lamb, spring vegetables, potato gratin, lamb jus, served with risotto of spring vegetables, basil pesto, pine nut crumb Dessert: Apple tart tatin, home made vanilla ice cream Bon appetit! Marco was excellent in providing a fantastic experience for us. He was very flexible with booking and was great at providing a tailored experience for us.

Our bartender, Mattia, was truly outstanding! We had to make a last-minute booking just four hours before our company event due to a change in plans. The support team at HOMETAINMENT, along with Mattia, displayed exceptional speed and professionalism in accommodating our request. Mattia quickly took charge of our bar, offering fantastic cocktail suggestions that perfectly complemented the party's atmosphere. His mixing skills were precise and impeccable, and he even extended his service for an additional 30 minutes to ensure our evening continued smoothly. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mattia for his contributions. This marked our second successful OFFICETAINMENT event, and it was made memorable by his exceptional service.

We had Elliott and his fabulous team cater my husbands 50th birthday last week. The food was absolutely outstanding and we had the best comments from all our guests. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Jojo's sushi platters through HOMETAINMENT, and it was truly a culinary masterpiece! Each sushi piece was a burst of exquisite flavor, meticulously crafted to perfection. The symphony of fresh ingredients, vibrant colors, and impeccable presentation elevated the dining experience to new heights. From traditional classics to innovative creations, Chef Jojo's sushi platters take you on a delightful culinary journey. I had the opportunity to choose four options from each section of the sample menu, and it was a tough decision because every option sounded fantastic. The sushi was not just a meal; it was a work of art. Chef Jojo's attention to detail and dedication to quality are evident in every bite. In particular, the Nigiri Sushi Platter showcased the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The Maguro Nigiri and Sake Nigiri were absolute highlights, offering a perfect balance of flavors. I was also pleasantly surprised by the Dragon Roll from the Maki Sushi Platter; the combination of eel and avocado was divine. The Temaki Sushi Platter added a unique touch to the experience. The Negitoro Temaki with chopped tuna belly and scallions was a delightful treat, and the Seared Beef Temaki was a true revelation. It's worth noting that Chef Jojo and the team were accommodating, providing an alternative for the Hamachi Nigiri due to supply shortages. Overall, I highly recommend Chef Jojo's sushi platters for any occasion. It's not just a meal; it's a memorable culinary journey that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.

À super experienced chef, Justin prepared a really original menu for us, with all dishes exquisite. He was flexible when it came to designing the menu, gave us a really interesting talk on foraging in the UK country side and designing his very own perfect knife. Last but not least he was punctual and left the kitchen in immaculate conditions. Another great recommendation from HOMEtainment!

A friendly, knowledgable team who ran our event smoothly, with a selection of cocktails worthy of the American Bar! Guests all commented on how good they were - highly recommended.

Chef Jojo's Cantonese dinner was an authentic and heartwarming experience. A balanced feast of contrasting flavors and textures, perfect for sharing with loved ones. A culinary journey not to be missed!
