He was flexible when it came to designing the menu, gave us a really interesting talk on foraging in the UK country side and designing his very own perfect knife. Jacob was a brilliant chef for my dinner party last week. All of the communication up until the event was smooth and transparent - there were plenty of options provided for the menu and Jacob was able to accommodate all my requests with ease.
