Top International Cuisine Private Chefs in Hong Kong

We had Chef Chad to do the food at my wife’s Mexican themed get together as the initial restrictions ended. We did it sharing/buffet style to suit the informal nature of the event. The booking was super easy and Chad got back to me immediately to discuss the menu and what I was looking for. All sorted out very quickly. Chad was an absolute delight to have in the kitchen and the food….WOW…..our guests could not of been happier. My personal favourite was the Beef Barbacoa a slow cooked brisket cooked in beef stock, ancho, pasilla, jalapeño, salsa verde, adobo, onions and garlic. The Chicken cooked with tequila and baked black beans were also getting rave reviews but in truth it was all delicious. It was made all the more interesting as Chad gathered the group together to explain every dish, not just the dish but how it was created. A special day. Thanks Chad!

HOMETAINMENT were incredibly quick in finding us the perfect private chef - within budget and despite our somewhat challenging dietary requirements. I can't recommend both Antoine and Chef Nanda more highly.

I was provided with a chef for a lunch at home. This was a great success with delicious food and we all had a truly enjoyable lunch and afternoon without any of the stress involved in preparing food while hosting!

What a pleasure and what a feast!! Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!

It was a real joy to have Sarah cooking for our dinner. She was a pleasure to work with coming up with a menu. She made a great suggestion and then took my comments on board very willingly as we came to a menu that I was happy with. One of my guests had specific dietary requirements and Sarah took great care to cater for her separately which allowed me not to worry about it. All our guests commented on the quality of the food and the kitchen was left spotless at the end of the evening. Sarah was also charming with our children and very tolerant of our naughty dog!

Amazing experience with Alexandre, he adjusted to our taste and deliver beautiful and delicious cocktails, Pro tip: ask for his signature menu, the Lychee Martini is a fav!

Antoine from HOMEtainment is always lovely and accommodating to deal with. Chef Nanda worked for us for almost 3 weeks and was a fabulous chef. She cooked family-style meals, easily accommodating a family of five, and catered to everyone's dietary needs. She is hard working and professional, and everyone loved her company in our home. Thank you, we will be booking you again!

Charles was great. Punctual, personable, organised and a great chef. We all really loved his food and had a wonderful time celebrating a friend's 50th.

Thank you for the lovely session. It was truly meditative and going inwards. It was amazing that we all had the same grid and design to make, but each’s finished mandala was different- reflective of each’s personality. Loved the experience of beyond lines experience. Thoroughly enjoyed!
