We had a wonderful experience with our private chef (Chef Fergus) tonight. The Mexican food was delicious and truly changed my perception of the cuisine. The portions were generous, and everyone left feeling full and satisfied. The chef was not only polite and nice but also showed a real passion for cooking. I appreciated how tidy and organized the kitchen was throughout the evening. It was great that the chef could tailor the dishes to accommodate our dietary preferences. With a cooking time of just under two hours, everything was prepared efficiently. The food was fresh, and the flavors were fantastic. Overall, my family and I had an enjoyable time together, thanks to the chef's efforts. Highly recommended!

I chose Sarah Nagli to cook for us for my sister’s 60th birthday we chose canapés and a late lunch for 8 people. Sarah was really delightful to deal with during the run up to the date and on the day. The food was absolutely delicious and well presented - the attention to detail was excellent. Everything was also nice and tidy in the kitchen when she left, which was a real bonus, when you are entertaining. This was a special celebration and all my family were thrilled with the experience. Our photographer's talent and professionalism were outstanding, contributing significantly to the overall success of the event. I really appreciated the flexibility and fast replies to my questions. Charles accommodated our change of date twice without fuss! Additionally, when we asked to remove the cheese & crackers from the menu and adjust the total price, he has done that promptly. He also circulated the menus as PDF which is helpful to add into email invites. My manager mentioned the evening went very smoothly and the food was absolutely fantastic ! I would 100% knock on his door again for future events. Finally, the fact that he was able to communicate via different channels ie: Nomad chat function, email , and text message also made it very easy to coordinate details. Thanks Charles !! Christina
