Luxury Culinary & Entertainment Experiences in Discovery Bay

It was lovely having Sarah cook a special meal for us on the occasion of our daughter's wedding. The food was fabulous and she prepared everything so quickly and efficiently, so that we were free to enjoy the evening with no demands. She is a delightful person, and we very much appreciated her professionalism and the effort she put into the evening, as well as the little touches; such as the amazing handmade macarons she included in the gorgeous strawberry meringue desert. Highly recommended.

Charlotte (and her assistant) were an excellent team to cater our dinner at home for 6 guests. Really responsive in the pre event communications and super flexible and helpful while designing the menu. Very calm and in control on the night and nothing was too much trouble. Food was exceptional, including a wonderful mango and passion fruit soufflé which was brilliantly done. Couldn’t recommend Charlotte more.

Booking process v easy and liason with Chef Harri v easy as well sand food and service on the night was top class! Couldnt have been better!

Chef Aida Khan has put a lot of thought into creating an authentic experience for her clients. My favourite is the lamb shoulder and palak paneer with sourdough naan.

We hired Darren for a client drinks party - he was absolutely fantastic and brought that something extra to the party that made our guests feel extra special. Cannot recommend him enough, the audience were AMAZED

The Oyster Society absolutely made our anniversary party. All our guests raved about the quality and the presentation. The whole team is so professional and responsive I felt in really great hands in the run up to the party and on the night itself. We wanted to do something memorable and special to celebrate with friends that would elevate a gathering at home, and The Oyster Society delivered in spades. Fergus created a wonderful experience for us. A weekend away with the family to celebrate my Father's 70th birthday, we booked this as a treat. New to hiring a chef we didn't know what to expect. Fergus made the process, simple and fun. To choosing the menu, to the little surprises he planned for us, made it seamless. On the day Fergus was prepared, worked efficiently in the background in the shared kitchen space and his presences was a lovely addition do our dinner. His food was amazing from the lobster tail, to the Jalapeno palette cleanser, to the duck breast mains everything was amazing and had as anticipating each course. Would def do again! Cannot recommend enough and a genuinely nice guy.

Kate has been a huge pinnacle in my life for helping me understand myself and everything greater than myself. So I knew I was going to be in for something extremely special when I went to her sound healing. I was absolutely blown away. Everything from the setting, the space and practice was incredibly powerful. However when she sang with her bowls, I completely transcended in to the most mind-blowing mystical abyss. Her voice is one of the most beautiful, combined with the bowls it is truly special. She has a pure gift which everyone needs to experience

The barman team that Hometainment found was absolutely top notch, It felt like being in a top London bar except at your home. From the quality of the drinks to the impeccable service. No doubt i will contact them again.

What an incredible and delightful evening we all had. Fergus was not only professional and easy to work with - he delivered a highly unique and entertaining evening. Difficult guests with tricky food requirements - easily solved by Fergus. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend Fergus and his food. Will use again. Thanks Aby
