I arranged a Cognac tasting and a Rum tasting for my husband's birthday, and every aspect of the experience, from the initial booking to the presence of our skilled bartender, David, exceeded our expectations. David not only delivered the finest drinks but also shared his profound knowledge of the beverages, leaving us thoroughly impressed. We also opted for the chef experience, which was nothing short of spectacular. The food was exquisite, and the overall experience felt truly luxurious. Throughout the entire process, Antoine, who assisted us via the website, was exceptionally helpful. He responded promptly to every message and accommodated all our requests with grace. Mack was BRILLIANT and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again. I highly recommend him. He was very responsive and communicative to deal with from the minute we booked. He was punctual and reliable. He played amazing music, which really added to the party atmosphere at our house. He's also a really friendly, lovely guy and all the guests loved him. We will definitely be booking him again.
Chef Fergus and his team are all stars when it comes to creating unique and memorable tasting menus. His attention to detail is uncanny and his approach to classic dishes with a twist are truly remarkable. His passion for food shows and can't recommend the experience enough
Derrick ran the bar at our housewarming party. He was professional and courteous. The cocktails were great. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and were very complimentary of Derrick and his colleague. I would highly recommend having Derrick as your mixologist.
We are very pleased with Chef Francois who was so flexible and managed to solve unexpected problems at last minute. The management was extremely professional and accommodating too. They made it very easy to book their service. They offer wine pairing as well. So glad we used them. The only let down was the waitress who came did not seem to be very experienced. Even though she seems like a very nice person, she had to be reminded to top up the glasses of wine before the glass go empty. Would definitely use them again.
